How long will it take to get my order?
We usually mail out orders within 48 hours. Packages take 3-7 days to arrive. When the package is sent, we automatically send an order confirmation email. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. You are strongly advised to use our Live Chat service on our Contact Us page. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14 day return/exchange policy. The product must meet certain criteria prior to be eligible for a return. Visit our Refund Policy page for more information.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at email@example.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
